We require a 50% deposit for a "right of first refusal". We also provide a live foal guarantee. A veterinarian will examine the foal within 48 hours and complete a health certificate suitable for obtaining equine mortality and health insurance coverage. If the foal is determined "not healthy" we refund the deposit immediately. Mare and foal are given top quality care until the foal is weaned the later of between 4-6 months of age, or 2 or 3rd week in September. Typically the foals are ready to ship the later of 2 weeks after weaning or the first week in October. We do not charge for feed or boarding of the foal during this time.

Quality foals sell early. Quality foals turn into quality horses that are often then "out of budget" for many buyers/riders.

We offer foals for sale from top sires and elite mares that have been inspected and performance tested under saddle according to highest warmblood benchmarks, that of the Hanoverian standards. Our mares were awarded "Elite Mare" titles based on their resulting high scores that met the "elite mare" requirements for inspection AND performance under saddle and free-jumping. There is higher chance of producing a top quality offspring from an "Elite Mare". In Germany, the Elite Mare is titled "States Premium". Our damline boasts 7 direct generations of Elite/States Premium mares. Our bloodlines are rare and available without costs of importation.

Our business model is to produce and offer foals for sale. We only keep fillies back for our own breeding program when space and our own personal time allows. We provide daily hands-on care for our mares/foals. This makes a difference from those breeders that raise their foals only in large pasture herds. Our foals are handled multiple times daily and are well socialized and introduced to all types of horse activities at an early age. In preparation for their future career, they learn how to live in a stall as well as enjoying the freedom of pasture life to run and develop.
